After attending the Ethics workshop I left with a new point of view and understanding of ethics in the world. We did several hands on activities to show how different people have different views on subjects.
I took away with some good points of ethics and hope to expand upon them with other workshops I attend during the semester. Though it was a little boring it was beneficial, you guys agree?
I hear you, Abhi. Glad you went with friends though. Bonding makes us peer mentors happy. Mike also mentioned the same thing about participating in the workshops; did it take you out of your comfort zone even though it might not have been all that interesting?
Thanks for commenting, but in the future post you OWN blog about the workshops…makes it easier for me to record.
Thanks!
The ethics workshop was prett cool. It wasn’t that boring the teachers/mentors tried to make it as interactive as possible. We did a lot of activities that actually made me think about the application of ethics in the real world. All in all it was not that bad, but an ethics workshop can only be so fun.
Thanks for posting about the workshop, Mike. So I’m guessing that because it was a little boring, it might have been “in range” of your comfort zone and did not appeal to you in any fascinating way.
