Since it is required that all Freshman Seminar sections participate in community service, our Student Life coordinator, Marco Dinovelli has forwarded me the information for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer taking place in New York City on October 10th-11th, 2009.

I am excited to try and get involved with this charitable event and cause this semester with you all!! It will be my first time participating in such an event and I look forward to sharing it with you all. image001

Sooooo, what about Convocation?

Alright, you went through the application process, got accepted, and then went through orientation. Convocation was designed to be your first official welcome into Baruch College’s community. Please share your thoughts on how Freshman Convocation went. Maybe you can point out your favorite parts of the day and even what points of the agenda you looked forward to the least and why. And if you care to be a bit bolder, go on and share how your first week of classes went!!

 START SHARING =}
