This workshop was interesting. I went to it on November 3rd. It was in the same room I was in on the first day of school. Anyway, in this workshop we learned different methods to relieve stress. It was fun. I was with a couple of friends so it was kind of hard to concentrate, but we were given a bunch of papers that explained what to do to relieve stress. The first thing we did was play around with a raisen. Everyone that attended was given a raisen and we were told to hold it, observe it, and than we were asked to use our senses to identify the raisen. I dont know I didn’t get much out of this section of the workshop. All I know is we got to eat the raisen after playing around with it for like 5 minutes. The next section was a bit more interesting though. We were taught various excercises/ stretches we could do to help relieve stress in the body. I liked this part the most of the workshop. After we had a short discussion about what we learned and that was it.
