The title of the workshop I attended is ” Pursuing your passion: choosing your major” and it fulfills the career exploration requirement. It was on november 3rd, at 12:30, in the vertical campus, 5-213. This workshop was an aid on making a decision on what to pursue and how to do it. It tried to make students understand how their interests effect them in making a decision for their career. I chose to go to this workshop because I was not really sure what to study as I go into my sophmore and junior year. I had no idea what I wanted to become. From listening, participating in the workshop, and understanding what the advisers had to say, you could say that I have a stronger grasp on what I want to be when I graduate. I definitely recommend this to other students who have trouble on making decisions on classes and on careers.
