We went to visit the library in the second week of the freshmen seminar class. Most of the things in the library are familiar to me already, because I had been a library monitor in high school. But I still think it is a helpful tour for the classmates because library is very important to us in many ways. Run showed us the locations of the copy machines and printers; where to borrow books and laptop. She also told us where can we seek for helps when we need to do a research paper in the future. The most interesting thing I learned in this tour is the study room and study group room. The location in the library is hidden. Thanks to Run’s tour for showing us that location. I think I will use the study room a lot in the future. However, I forgot to ask about how to use the database. I think i will go to a library workshop to find out about it next time.
