On 10/13/09 tuesday, I went to the art gallery at 135 E. 22nd St. Sidney Mishkin. When I went there, there weren’t many people but soon the lobby became crowded with students. I had to wait for about 35 minutes because only few students were allowed to go in each time. There were many photographs in the gallery. There were photographs of landscape, natures, and many more. My favorite one was the topview picture of a white city in Greece which I have seen many times in a book. It was wonderful to see such good photographs in Baruch College and I became more interested in photography now. I am looking forward for next gallery tour.
I love photography and do a lot of photography myself. I agree with Run’s suggestion. Try a class in it… you may find a great second major, or minor! Photojournalism is a good area to start.
If you are really interested about photography, you can take ART course as your liberal arts. I think they have those kind of courses teaching you how to take picture professional. ^__^
