I have learned so many things from the library workshop. it taught us how to use the database to research informations. LANGUAGE is the most important thing during the research. The better vocs, the better results we get. We should pay attention to the “limits the results” and watch the color words, becasue these functions give alot important informations that relate to our researches. Furthermore, the database research has recommendations for people which word they should or should not use. The Advenced Research spells out all the words that are related. therefore, it may be easier for me. Nevertheless, throughout the workshop, the speaker gives us a website, LexisNexis, he said that it is a very useful website for ppl to use.
The infomation that I have learned form this work shop was useful. However, this workshop was so boring. There was not enough seats for us. We were gathered in a small area. Some students sat on the floor. I was starving at that time, so I did not have any patient. I wanted to leave so badly. Fortunately, it was a short workshop,too. It was only about half hour. My friends and I had a short conversation through the workshop. So that made me feel better.
