Club Fair

I went to the Annual Club Fair with my friends on 9/24/09 around 12:40 p.m.  It was crowded and many people lined up to go into the ARC Main Gym.  More than 90% of Baruch’s clubs were participating at this event.  It was a very great opportunities for freshmen, like us, to explore student life about Baruch.  There were people from different clubs to answer your questions.  I like the fact that I got free ice cream sandwich.  The only problem was that the ice cream was half melted.  I only had several bite, then I threw it away. Some clubs were giving out free food, drinks, and pens.  I think every freshman should attend this club fair.  It had almost all the clubs there.  You can ask a lot of questions.  You don’t have to sit and listen for several hours to get the signature.  It was fun.  They also had DJs there playing music.  I bet a lot of students from our freshman seminar class went to this club fair. I signed up for several clubs like VITA, Taekwondo, Bowl & Billard, Christian Fellowship, and Archery.  So far, I only attended several Saturday practices of Archery.  It was fun.  I think I mentioned Archery club in my other blogs.  I met new people every time I went to the Archery club.  Some of them were from my psychology class.  I bet our freshman seminar students know him.  He was the one Professor Albright called “Miko” or “Tinco”.  Professor Albright asked him to write a diary about dreaming and recording information from dreams.  Then, I got busy with midterms and workshops and focused my school life in my classes.
