I was about half an hour late to the freshman reception because I didn’t know when it was. When I got to the 5th floor during the club hours, there was a huge line so it was sort of obvious that that’s where we needed to go. When I went inside, they ran out of all the folders with important information and they didn’t have any refreshments like they said they would. There wasn’t anyone around to tell us anything, and I felt like everything was a big chaos. They underestimated the number of freshmen that would be attending, and were disorganized in general.
