Follow these steps to register for the community service project. If you have difficulty registering or do not have a debit/credit card to register, please let me know as soon as possible so we can meet up. Don’t forget to e-mail/text me about whether or not you’re attending NYCaresDay!
1- Go to the NY Cares Day website : http://www.newyorkcaresday.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=319370
2- On the left hand menu, scroll down to JOIN A TEAM.
3- Read the waiver/agreement and click I Agree.
4- Click on Join a Team, and in the scroll down menu look for TEAM BARUCH.
5- Fill in your personal information, ONLY fill in the items with asterisks. * I suggest you use the same username you use to log on to this blog. Once you’re done creating a security question and answer, scroll down and press continue.
6- The next page you should encounter is BILLING. If you have a debit/credit card, enter the information needed. (Yes, it is safe; if it wasn’t I wouldn’t be telling you to do so. ) Make sure all the information is correct.
7- After you enter your credit card information you will be directed to a processing page and the message Please wait, your transaction is being processed will appear. DON’T PRESS REFRESH!
8- Congrats ! You’re registered. A copy of the confirmation will also be sent to your E-mail address on record.
