On Thursday I sacrificed my 2 lunch hours to go to a career workshop. It was a useful workshop. I just wish it wasn’t as long as it was. It started out well enough. The instructor lady was informative and tried to keep our attention….and then I got bored. But in all seriousness it was a good informative session about internships and how to go about getting one. We even got a booklet as a present. But its definitely something that anyone who wants an internship to check out. We were given advice and pointers to help us when we want to get an internship. I was actually dragged to this workshop last minute by my friend, but I’m glad I went.
