So anyways, lets get straight to the point.
I see college in two aspects, the academic and the social.
Lets start off with academic.
I think that my classes are not all that difficult, besides writing, however i feel that the writing class will truly teach me how to improve my writing… I think i like communications the most, even though its a 3 hour class, we get to hear amazing speeches and with everyone joking around, that class passes by rather quick. I also like philosophy.. except.. I dont know how much my professor likes me anymore, but we will see. Psychology is interesting, but its an 8 40 class, and when they start showing videos and dimming the lights, i close my eyes, so its tough. Mathematics, is alright, I just hate online homework, which i think there is one due today or something? (oh god..)
Now to the social part-
Stefan mentioned this a while ago, but it was rather salient so it stuck with me. He said that its funny how in the beginning of the year we were all so uncomfortable around each other, but now its like we are a pretty tight block where everyone talks to everyone, and no one is left out of anything. I love how our block has so many humorous people, and I try to do my part. I hope Derrick’s chiaropractor appointment went well today, he was hurtin all day.Even though baruch isnt a party school, i think we have been makin the best of that, you know who you are. The only thing i dont understand is why megan gets cherries in her iced tea, and stefan gets orange slices. I’m glad to say that Ron, Derrick and I were taught how to save money by buying heads of lettuce by Patrick. Seriously though, I am really glad that I chose this block because 1) i figured out that having mondays off and friday classes actually is so beneficial to me, and I will do so next semester as well, and 2) I met alot of great people who love to have fun and and are just hilarious.
Its been a good college experiance so far. No doubt about it.
