Hi guys! I think Friday’s class was very enriching and funny (especially the part about relationships in college.. PS: there IS an actual enrichment workshop about managing relationships haha) but anywho! Good luck if you’re starting to take midterms/exams. My head has been in my economics textbook all day 🙁
1- Don’t forget to e-mail your instructor or myself about the community service project. Remember, if you cannot make it to this community service you must have a valid, legitimate reason (no ‘its my uncles birthday’ excuses) and you must also commit to another community service project that I will let you guys know about by next week.
2- Remember your appointments with Veralyn. If you cannot make it, please do let her know. Her office is to the right of the teacher elevators on the 2nd floor.
3- The enrichment workshops for this week can be found on the calendar to the right. An updated list can also be found here: http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/studentaffairs/StudentLife/fro/froworkshops.htm . Some basic ground rules for attending these enrichment workshops : 1- be on time, doors will close once the session starts. 2- don’t collect your signature and then leave early. remember these enrichment workshops will only benefit you in the long run. 3- be respectful, don’t talk while the session is being held, and PUT your phones on vibrate. Lastly, don’t forget to collect your signatures and blog about your experience!
4- Our next in class session will be held next friday, Oct 16.
