Stress/Anxiety Management

I went to the stress/anxiety management workshop on tuesday and really found what they said to be helpful. Though I think it could have been much better if the audience participated a bit more, the advice the counselors offered to us are very helpful. College workload could get very stressful sometimes and like they adviced just taking a moment out of each day to relax and be mindful of your situation could really help reduce your anxiety level. I plan to incorporate part of what they showed us into my weekly routine so I prevent myself from the burden later on.
