Club Fair 9/24

I attended the Club Fair which would fulfill Student Life on 9/24 at 12:30PM. The Club Fair was held in the basement gym and at the Club Fair, a lot of clubs gathered in one place to promote their club. The basic idea was to let the students know about the clubs that are in Baruch. I chose this event because I wanted to learn more about the clubs at Baruch and meet the people who are part of the clubs I want to join. It did not take me out of my comfort zone because all I did was just look around and sign up for the clubs I’m interested in. The Club Fair failed to meet my expectations because the club that I wanted to join was not there however I would recommend it to other students because I think it is a great way to find a club that they are interested in. From this experience, I learned that Baruch is a very diverse place which surprised me because I thought Baruch was more Asian orientated.
