Ethics

This workshop took place on 09/17 /09  which I went to right after the Freshman Reception. It was fun because the lady in charge made us do activities that showed us how we act in certain situations and acknowledge morality of our choices. Room was divided into 2 parts: one motivated by moral codes and ethics another by personal gain. By the end of the activity more people were on the personal gain side and the idea of it challenged how moral we were. She discussed what plagiarism was and went over some of it’s definitions so we wouldn’t do it in our academic career or in future in general. I thought it was a pretty good workshop because it raised questions as how we act and what we really are behind our masks in society. I would strongly encourage anyone to go because there are no limits on discovering new things about one’s identity.
