Music History Class Concert

Today we were luckly invited as a class to attend a concert hosted at baruch at the arts center downstairs the vertical campus.  To be honest I am not into these classical instrumental music but I must say it was an experience.  The music teacher mentioned that it was rude to leave your seat while the concert was in session, and I was tempted to a few times.  Anyways in this concert I found out that music without lyrics is just not my thing but i would also say that i liked it more than i hated it.  It was something different and I recommend anyone to go and listen or see whats going on at the Arts center sometimes.

I have to agree with David here. I don’t have much of an interest on classical music by itself, but I was definitely astonished by how beautifully the men played their piece for the music. I understand that it takes great skills and of course practice to master such an amazing performance. If it weren’t for Professor Hill, I would have never gone to Baruch’s musical performances. But now that I have gone to one, I know not to expect anything less from it. It’s a great opportunity for college students, especially since it’s free and college students are broke.
