This workshop was just like a lecture class. There were a lot of information presented not just on Sonia Sotomayor. There were 3 speakers at the workshop each had a different topic, only the first speaker focused on Sotomayor. It was really interesting how she spoke of Sotomayor background because she was just like anybody out on a street with a dream. She was able to fight through prejudice to obtain her dream which many people can not do. The other spoke of the struggles of African-American and Latino in American society today. Unfortunately i could not remember what the last speaker was saying.
