Library Tour

Sitting among other students, here I am, blogging away about Baruch College’s Newman Library. The library tour conducted by Michelle was absolutely amazing. She took us floor by floor, section by section, unrelentingly, guided us through the exploration of this library – our library.

I have to honestly say that the library is amazing and have a lot to offer to the students. The moment I set foot into this library, i immediately sensed the change of atmosphere. Unlike the noisy and turbulent Lexington Avenue, the Library is a quiet and peaceful place, a stunningly conducive environment for learning. Not forgetting the immense amount of materials here, ranging from textbooks to research journals, news papers to magazines, this library also offers computers, laptops, calculators (all up for rent) and photocopying facilities.

I really like this library. I will definitely make full use of this great facility the college had offered for us for our educational advancement.
