Academic Enrichment Workshop

Well for starters, the one thing that bothered me the most during this workshop was that the presenters were speaking about the COM1010 classes and how they were very useful; it helped them improve their speech and allowed them to give thorough and concise presentations. However, this was obviously not the case because if I were to count the number of “ums” and “likes” that they said during the presentation, it would count for a certain percentage of their speech. Putting that aside, this workshop was informative. It basically gave an overview of what classes we should take next semester and was a guide of the class selection process.
I think that the outline of the workshop was well prepared, in the fact that they had an introduction that included everyone in the audience, the body of the work which was basically all the information, and the conclusion which was to allow us to contact them if we needed further assistance.
