Aside from the fact that the workshop was packed, I have to admit that it was a decent experience. The adviser basically told us what to do in a situation where there is a conflict that would normally be ignored. It is best if we consult the person that is causing the conflict and fix the problem immediately.
I think to improve this workshop, they should get more seats and rooms for the students because that was basically the major problem in the room. It was very uncomfortable, but other than that, I would say that this workshop went by pretty smoothly.
