when i first found out about this workshop, i felt very relieved and grateful. The only other global awareness workshop available was the blood drive and i did not like the idea of giving away blood at all. after showing up at the workshop, i realised they were giving out free sandwiches. free food always makes everything better. the speech Alfonso Quiroz gave was actually quite interesting and did not make me fall asleep. he gave good pointers and mentioned many significant qualities that one should have to be successful. for example, there will always be people in this world who will put you down and tell you that you cant do something or your not good enough. however, its important to ignore all of these remarks and just continue working hard towards your goals.
