Lets Talk Ethics Workshop

     I attended the Ethics Workshop, which is part of the Community-Global awareness area. I went on September 17, 2009, from 1:00-2:00pm. Basically at the workshop we talked about what we thought was moral or unmoral. We covered various topics such as stealing to plagiarism. We especially stressed a lot about the issue of plagiarism and why it was wrong and we also talked about the different kinds of plagiarism. I chose this workshop because I thought it sounded very exciting and it is always interesting to see everyone’s differences on what is moral and unmoral. I was comfortable with the class; there wasn’t really anything that I had a problem with. This class met my expectation because I expected to discuss situations in which we had to determine if we thought something was moral or not moral and that’s exactly what we did. I would definitely recommend this class to someone who wants to attend a simple, easy, but interesting workshop. Overall, I learned a lot about plagiarism and the different forms of it.
