Impression Management

The impression management workshop is one that everyone should go to. Even though most of it is obvious it teaches you how to improve your impersonality and the way you should act towards others. It talked about the way you should communicate with people and how you should always be direct and open. The speaker was very friendly and spoke very well. It also taught us to keep our personal lives separate from our business life and that we should untag ourselves from pictures that give us a bad rep, because no one wants to see you partying while taking tequila shots, well maybe your friends do but not the company hiring you. Even though most of what she had mentioned we already knew, it made us more aware of how we should act toward others.
