Personal Enrichment: Suicide Video

This workshop was pretty interesting but very sensitive.  We watched a video on people wh know someone who has commited suicide or who have tried to but failed and now are recovering.  After the video there was a discussion section in which there was a pretty heated argument.  It was a good workshop but should have been a little more controlled.  The man gave out pamphlets and centers to get help if we know someone or feel ourselves that we are suicidal.  I thought it was one of the better workshops I have participated in and encourage it to continue.  Just have more control over the discussions because you never know who ha been personally affected by this topic.
