This workshop was very helpful, because when I went to it, during that time I WAS VERY STRESSED! and it helped me. It was very similar to psychology, we had to do the same exercise we did in psychology. Where we would close our eyes and we had to feel and our movements from head to toe and pay attention to our breathing and everything around us and everything that was going on inside of us. It felt very peaceful and quiet. However there was something different that was done at this workshop that we never did in psychology. It involved using our muscles and helping us relax our muscles. Ive never been a very..”relaxed” person, whenever someone massages me, they always say Im very tense so this exercise sort of helped a bit.
