A Doll’s House

A Doll’s house, one of most frequently performed plays in contemporary time is best known for its dramatic development. Nora and Rank, two of the main characters in the play, are a couple whose relationship depends on trust. Rank does not like to be in debt and however when Nora borrows money to create this so called “Doll’s House”, Rank becomes infuriated after finding out long after. The play is enacted by very well trained performers and the facial expressions and voice-breaks prove the five-star performance of the actors. Although the play was cut by 80% of its original content, the action delivered was enough to come across the main theme of the play, that is, feminism.
