Stress and Anxiety Reduction

Stress is an all to familiar territory for most college students but dealing with stress in a healthy way can be far from familiar. The stress and anxiety reduction workshop introduced students to healthy and productive ways to deal with stress. I found that the topics they discussed, such as muscle relaxation, mindfulness, and assertive training, were effective yet informative. The muscle relaxation techniques were my favorite because it taught me how to relax my body and assauge my stressful feelings. This workshop is probably the most interesting one i’ve been to.
