This workshop was my second workshop that I took. One of the Directors of the STARR careerĀ development center was the one in charge of this workshop. The workshop just went through a list of slides on powerpoint describing the ways to make a “good impression” on your employers and college peers/professors. To be honest, a lot of the information given, were things that I’ve already heard such as dress to impress, proper speech behaviors, manners etc… I thought the workshop was still a decent one to attend to but way too long. Still, it made me definitely realize the benefits of STARR and I will definitely take advantage of what it can offer, later on in college.
