Last week I attended my last workshop and it was another organized by the Starr career center. I wasn’t blown away by the information given because most of it was common sense. Dress well, Speak Clearly and all the other things that are obvious when trying to make a good first impression were mentioned. I didn’t like all the slides because I started to feel like I was in a classroom during my 2 hour break. I wouldn’t really recommend this workshop because I’m pretty sure most people know how to make a good impression although actually doing it is a whole other story.
