We went to the art exhibit at the 23rd street building with our English teacher for a class. Although it was forced if I was aware of the caliber of the art I would have personally gone regardless. I thought that this exhibit was going to be extremely boring but it was quite the opposite. We were able to interact with one of the artists and he told us of how he colored the pictures and was able to change how a spectator saw the picture by the tints he put into the picture. He showed us by adding blue into an almost serene country side it made it almost melancholy. It was unbelievable to see how these artists manipulated nature to create there desired look.
