I enjoyed the “Stress and Anxiety Reduction” worshop. The workshop was basically about ways to reduced stress through simple breathing exercises, and meditation. With finals around the corner, and work beginning to pile up, this workshop is becoming very useful. Finals are very effective in stressing people out, so it can be really rewarding to your health by attending this wotkshop. I enjoyed how the speakers planned exercises. We attempted to meditate by concentrating only on your breathing; which actually seemed to relax me. However, the speaker was fairly boring, and had a hard time keeping everyone’s attention throughout the lecture.
