About 2 weeks ago, on October 7th, I took part in the blood drive. It was nothing new to me, I’ve donated blood a couple of times before. I usually do get dizzy and lightheaded if I don’t eat enough in the morning or if they draw the blood too fast. This time, I did feel a bit lightheaded and I had to stay a few minutes extra just to lay on their beds until I was stable. All I was thinking about was to get to my English class on time because he’s very strict about students even being 2 minutes late. Overall I was fine and it’s nice to know that I could have helped save a life.
