Section LC13

On my flight back from morocco as i was sitting in my seat watching the in flight movie, the flight attendants began to serve the meals. not being used to eating during a plane ride i decline the meal as i always do when the flight attendant asks me “are you sure young man it is a long flight and you will get hungry” i thanked her very kindly and still declined. An hour or two after this specific conversation between me and the flight attendant, she returned to my seat with a plate of bread with a array of butter, cheeses and cream cheese. taken by surprise i asked her what this was? when she replied in avery kind voice ” i thought you might have been hungry so i brought you something small”. astonished by this kindness i thanked her took the plate and actually ate it.

i cant believe we really have to take this philosophy final tomorrow. the multiple choice im gonna be fine at because im studying the old quizzes, but the essay portion is gonna kill me. i sorta know what im gonna say, but i dont know if its right.

So, i leave for miami thursday, like after out last final! so i have to pack basically EVERYTHING I OWN into suitcases by wednesday. its ridiculous!! i have to buy another suitcase for all the junk i own. ahhhhh o well, at least ill be home soon havin fun in the sunn lol i cant believe winter break is already here! yayyyy haha ok so i was the person that sent in the enrichment form without my name on it. im such a spazzzz. ok so off to more packing. peace

Wow I can’t remember if I’ve ever been more stressed than I am this week. From working on my english paper to the philosophy paper to preparing my speech, it’s really hard not to wish this semester would end already. I haven’t had a good night sleep since saturday night, and it’s not getting any easier with finals coming  up. I hope I can get through the next 2 weeks without having a nervous breakdown.

So if you don’t already know, I made some changes to my future plans. Instead of taking psychology in the winter, I’ll be taking intro to business. And I also added the anthropology course to my spring schedule. I’m still getting out at 12:25 and 1:15 :D.

Anyway, I hope everyone else is getting through these stressful times better than I am. The bright side: it will all be over soon :). Good night guys, have a  good 1!!

I basically wasted my whole saturday just messing around, but after sitting down and finally getting to work, I finally finished the english paper :D.  It’s a little more than 5 pages, and it answered everything.  Funny thing is I only mentioned Scarry once, but hopefully it’s so full of details he won’t realize and think it’s great lol. Now it’s on to doing my speech outline (should take no more than a couple hours) and then (ay caramba) philosophy paper :(. Okay the happiness is gone now lol. Hopefully I can get them done tomorrow. Good nightsz!!!

I knew it was too good to be true. So I wanted to take psychology in the winter even though it cost $780. But then I got an email saying they took off $250 from the NYC Merit award and I only had to pay $530. I thought that was pretty good cause I didn’t think I would get help paying for it.  So my mom put about $600 in a checking account to pay for it today, but when I go back, they put the price back to $780. I was so mad, I wanted to kill them lol. So because I didn’t have enough money, I dropped psychology and now I’m taking intro to business instead, which costs $585. Hopefully I get a job soon so I can save up and take psychology in the summer.

Anyway, back to doing these papers. Hope I finish soon, wish me luck. Latersz!!!

So this week flew by pretty fast.When I woke up Monday morning,I was like”can’t wait for thursday”.There’s a week left and finals after.We have so much to do but I’m thankful that we have this weekend to do it.For next week and final’s week,we’re gonna have to really fight it out.I know we all can do it. =)

So I just finished the first story out of the two stories we have to read for tomorrow.To me,The Decameron is a good book.It’s stories are funny and mostly revolve around the same idea,secret love and lust.I’m about to start reading the second story and gonna try to start the essay.

Wow was today a stressful day.  I came in at 8:00 to work on the english paper.  I’m trying real hard to finish it by tomorrow and get it out of the way.  So far I have 2 pages done, thinking about doing 1 more tonight and finishing up tomorrow.  Yup I’ve become the nerd of the bronx lol. Just a word of advice to everyone: just focus on including details and being specific in the essay.  Even if you don’t fully answer the question, as long as you include a lot of details from the works, you’ll be fine :).

So I’m gonna come in early again tomorrow to work on it. I’d do it at home but it’s really hard to stay focused so I’m forced to give up 2 hours of sleep 🙁 lol. Hopefully it’s worth it. Take it easy guys 😀

ok so im sooooooo psyched about life right now!!!! I had gotten the worst time slot everrrr for registration so the classes that I ended up with weren’t what I had originally planned. BUTTTT today, I got sooo lucky. I decided to check and see if the TTH classes I wanted were available just for the sake of trying, AND I GOT BOTH!!!!!! So now my TTH classes are perfect and all I have to do is keep messing with my MW. I sooooo don’t want to go to math at 8:40 am, you all know how I’m always late already lol so yea anywaysssss……..=D haha
