I actually went on a Baruch library tour prior to the tour for the seminar class. However, my mentor, Michelle, did show me parts of the library that were definitely useful for a student inĀ which I have never seen before. For example, the copier room – I would need that to make copies of textbooks or school materials. In addition, she showed us where to borrow graphing calculators from the school. The Baruch library is most definitely extraordinary and grand in terms of design, organization, and resources. It is great that the library tour is part of the seminar course since students would need to acquainted with it, being that it would be their studying zone for the next four years. Overall, the library tour was refreshing because it has been awhile since I visited the Baruch library.
