Library Tour

For the first day of the Freshman Seminar my group, Learning Community 19, went on a tour of Baruch’s Newman library. This tour was very informative, especially because we found out about the different floors of the library and what they had to offer. I spend much of my time in the library because of the long breaks in between my classes and I am glad that I attended this tour because I learned a great deal about the resources the library has to offer, and the different places that I can go to to study or read.

The reading room seems interesting and a lot of fun. I hope to visit it and find a great new book to read. and the reference desk also seems like it will be a huge help in my studies at Baruch. It is also very convenient to be able to borrow textbooks from the library so that I don’t have to cary mine to do homework.

Thank you very much Michelle for a great tour!
