Ok, we’ll try to get there, right after history which ends at 2:05.
Hey everyone. This is Stefanie, the EPM from LC22. Just wanted to let you all know that tomorrow I’ll be brining in 2 boxes for all your baked goods. You can find it in the Freshman Seminar office by 10:00 AM labeled, “UNICEF Fundraiser.” Please drop off whatever you’re bringing in by Tuesday, 11:00 AM.
Thanks!
I think we’ll be ending at 2:05. Thanks for your help Tony.
Yu, please try to put them up ASAP. They will be in the Freshman Seminar office. I have a 2:15 meeting, but I can meet you guys there if you promise to be there by 2:10. I’ll give you some color copies. Please bring tape.
Thanks again!
Me, Vincent and Will will try to get the fliers posted on Monday after history, around 2:10.
Can we still get the fliers at the seminar office?
So are we ending the bake sale at 2:05 or 5: 30? If we’re ending at 5:30, I can’t stay for clean up since we have a history paper due this wednesday =[(sorry about that!). If we’re ending at 5:30, can I bring something in for the bake sale like a box of cookies and man the table during club hours?
Fliers will be available in the Freshman Seminar Office for pickup this afternoon!!!
Hey everyone! Thanks so much for your commitment. A few updates are in order:
1) WE HAVE PLENTY OF FLIER DESIGNS. Thanks to Shamima and Eleanore, we have beautiful fliers. Now all we need to do is make copies of them, hang them up and distribute them. Many of you were assigned those tasks.
2) We need a cardboard box for everyone to drop their food off in on Tues, Nov 17
3) We need people to inform the Baruch community through the web
4) Is it possible for anyone to man the table till about 5:30pm? I think it would be great to prolong the bake sale/fundraiser for as long as we can instead of giving away/throwing out food…that would defeat the purpose of our mission.
PLEASE contact me with any questions/concerns.
Thanks again!
Hi Sophia,
In addition to manning the table with Eleanore, Id like to bring in something for the bake sale as well. Since people are already bringing cupcakes, cookies and such, maybe I can bring in a chocolate cake or something like that so there will be more variety of goods for the bake sale.
Thanks,
Joann Hua
I though I’m doing the fliers, but is someone else doing it… What is there left… selling the food maybe… -hong
I am baking cupcakes just to let everyone know because I don’t know what everyone else is bringing and I don’t know if it’s a good idea to have an abundant amount of only cupcakes to sell at the end.
sure, sign me up for cleanup!
I don’t think I’m making the donation box anymore because I’m not really sure how it’s supposed to be like but I’ll have to talk to Helen about it first.
Oh my name is not on the list, I thought I would hang out the fliers or brough sth…but I dont know what food to bring………….
I would say to be by the table by around 2:05pm, just to get the cleanup under way. It shouldn’t take too long. Thank you for your help.
I’m fine with cleaning up after the bake sale. What time is the cleanup around?
Tony (Wei), would you be able to bring in a box for people to drop off their baked goods in? Amanjit said he might be able to get one, so check with him first. I think it would be great if you could bring one in though.
Shyang, I know you’re bringin in a box, I’m sorry that I didn’t put you on the list.
Tony (Chiu) you can help with the fliers, but I think we have plenty of people doing that. Would you also be able to contribute by helping me with cleanup afetr the bake sale is over? If you can’t that’s totally fine, but I need someone to do so.
Hey, I’m not on the list! =( I was going to “bake” with Helen and Michelle. The quotations are there cause I’m not sure if I’ll be baking at all cause I don’t know how to make what they’re making. But today I walked over 60 blocks in the freezing cold to a bake shop in the middle of nowhere and it turned out to be closed…. I’m also making a donation box too though.
I offered to bring something in but I’m not sure what. Most likely cookies but I already see that up there so I’m not that sure. More cookies = yay? Any other suggestions?
I thought I signed up for the posting of fliers with yu and will.
