In the slideshow above, i included everything I love, and how I have been known as. One thing I would like to explain specifically is the picture of my biggest accomplishment. I had a chance to stand on the podium in the New York Stock Exchange by chance along with my classmates when I was in High School. Everything in NYSE was kind of a lure that made me want to know more about businesses and the market. This is the reason why I am here in Baruch, and striving to get into the business world.

My name is Li Jin. I was born in China and immigrate to here three years ago. My family is very is very interesting, my parents talk to me in Korean, and I answer them in Chinese. Now my little brother talk to us in English. It’s very complex. I like watch movies, especially comedy movies. One of my favorite movies is Home Alone, the boy in the movie is very smart and brave. I always image that if a bad guy come to my house, I will treat the guy like the boy did. Also I like food, so I like cooking too, although it’s not vey delicious. I used to play the accordion, but now I forgot all about it. Different than others, I do not like sweet things, like candies and chocolates. I’m not very good at sports. Because when I was young, I was fell down during the competition, after that I was very hate sports. But I really want to be good at sports. And I have a dream that is diving with a shark. It must be very excited. I hope it will come true.

My name is Chun Kit Wong but I go by my English name Michael. I chose this playlist because the meaning in addition to the order of these songs closely reflect who I think I was to who I think I am today. I used do all my homework at the last minute (The Lazy Song – Bruno Mars). Afterwards, I lost myself in the entertainment world (DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love- Usher (Feat. Pitbull) & Introducing Me – Nick Jonas). Towards the end of high school, I started to realize how much this had dragged me down academically. Then, I entered the period of desolation. (Mad – Ne-Yo & Insomnia- Craig David).

After that, I decided pull myself together and focus on academics – I’m going to turn over a new leaf in college (I’m Coming Home – J. Cole & Right Back Where I started – Varsity). Although the future will be tough, I’m determined to strive over each difficulty, one step at a time (Babysteps – Varsity & The Climb – Miley Cirus). I sincerely hope that my college experiences will help me become successful in the future (Billionaire – Travie McCoy ft. Bruno Mars).

Hi there, My name is Fnu kalsang. I was born in Tibet and later migrated to India and live  there about three years. Then I came here when I was eleven. Well as personality, I can assure to admit that I am a really chill and relax person. What I like most in this whole world is those sweet and delicious cake! I just cant get enough of them.  I wouldn’t recommend everyone inviting me to their birthday party. Also I like to bother my best-friend Natasha. Making fun of her and annoy her is much as fun eating cake.  I like to draw sketches as my hobby but its not good as the one above. Lately I have found a new hobby and that is biking around my neighborhood. It felt like I am on adventures and sometimes I get lost which is exciting until it gets dark. What I hate about myself is that I happened to wake up early automatically like there is a internal alarm set in my body. And I cant swim, somehow this information shocks everyone which I think is stupid. I mean, yes 75 percent of world is covered with water but its not 100 percent. Finally, 0ne of my favorite movie is V for Vendetta. I watched it so many times yet it still gives me goose bum every-time I watch it again. 

Hi, my name is Man Wai Choi. I come from China, I am glad to share my image slide show to you. These photos were all about my high school life because my high school life was wonderful. “Work hard, play hard.” This sentence can totally describe my high school life. From the slide show, you may notice that most of my photos were taken with the team or the classmates, I chose these photos because I like teamwork. I enjoy working and playing with a team and friends. I don’t like working alone since it makes me feel bored.

In my high school, I was the member of the school symphonic band and the volunteer club, and also I was the co-captain of the volleyball team. I am an active and well-round student, because I think that our lives are not just studying every day, we need to participate in different groups or teams to get the experience which you will never get from reading the books. In addition, I am a guy that won’t give up easily. From the photos, I chose two photos from my volleyball team because they can exactly reflect who I am and my attitude.  Four years ago, when I first joined the volleyball team, no one wanted to practice with me and I couldn’t play the inter school competition. In order to be a top player in the team, I worked hard in every practices and after two years, I became the co-captain of the team and also the member youth-team of my hometown(Macau). My success was really not easy as I worked harder than everyone in the practices and I even practice about five days a week. No pain, no gain. That’s my attitude towards my life.
