Songs that Describe Me (Ivy)

This is just a couple a songs that I think best describe who I am. Well, most of the songs are theme songs from anime shows. Yes, I am an anime freak.  Most of them have a similar theme relating to family and dreams. Even though I don’t speak or read Japanese, the lyrics send off powerful messages of having to fight for your dreams in order for them to come true. That’s when family comes along to always be by your side no matter what happens. I always put these songs on repeat whenever I’m on the train because the songs give me energy and make me want to get up for school. The next couple of songs are from Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift. Even though they have different styles of music, their lyrics are similar to being true to yourself and being strong. When I first listened to Clarkson’s song ” Break Away”, I fell in love with it because of the melody and the powerful message behind it. Well, these are only a few that I found to be always listening to on my ipod but they all are really great to listen whether you’re bored or whatever.
