I actually really enjoyed going to the Rueben museum. I love ancient stuff, I love museums and everything there fascinated me. Especially the goddess with all those arms holding different weapons. I seriously loved it! I would actually go back on my own because it was that good. I disliked how it was quick and we really didn’t get that much into detail.

Freshman year so dear has been an amazing experience. I’m so lucky to have met Imen Fania and Tina. They’re the most amazing people in the world! I have honestly had so many laughs with them and we just all ideal chemistry to be friends. I’ve also hanging out with Sean, Michael, Tiffany, Maritza and sometimes David. We all shan’t out on breaks and share laughs together, mostly about Tina and our math professor.

These days leading up to the registration for spring semester classes, all that has been on my mind has been the classes I will take. So far Imen, Tina and I want to take the same classes because we love each other. We know that we have different majors but we are going to try to take our core classes togeththat this semester has actually been easy for me because I’ve had them by my side to help me.

If all goes well and god blesses me, hopefully some day ill work for the EPA. I really want a job that makes a difference in the world and helps preserve it too. It might not make me a millionaire, but it will give me memo ugh money to live a comfortable life. I also want to someday be a mom, because I love kids, I actually just want 3, again if god blesses me. Ofcourse I also want to be married to my soulmate.

Dear Professor,

Unfortunately I was unable to attend class today because I had an emergency. I have a note from the doctor explaining my incident, and I will show it to you on Monday. I also understand that I missed the midterm and I  would like to make it up. I hope to not make any inconvenience on your part.

Math 2003 KMWB

I love Baruch and so far it has been a great experience, but lately only one thing has troubled me. Time management has become one of the most difficult things for me to deal with in college. Procrastination has made it even harder for me to get things done. I’m not saying I don’t accomplish things because of it, instead it has taken a toll on my overall performance. I am a girl who likes getting things done in the best way possible, however, when I leave things to the last minute it usually doesn’t end well. I just hope to manage my time more effectively in order to perform better in school, ultimately leading to higher grades. My solution that I have put in place for myself is creating a calendar that will help me organize my tasks. I hope that with practice I will get better at managing my time and it will become a routine.

Math homework, I hate math and math hates me. It’s a love story that will never be. Now what am I doing in a Business school? I have no intentions on perusing a business career, perhaps because I hate math very passionately. Yeah that’s the reason why. But what do I really want to do? What does Diana Maribel Arias Aguirre want to do with her life?
For your information I want to change the world! Oh yeah you heard me, I want to be superman and save the world from evil! As lovely as that sounds, reality is that I have no super powers, but I do have a voice. I grew up in an outdoor scenario and I loved it. Everything Mother Nature gave me is beautiful and I plan on speaking for her. Baruch has an amazing public affairs school and that is the reason I’m here. I hope to someday get a job in the EPA. What’s the EPA you say? Well for those who have heard me said it and never had the courage to ask, I’m going to tell you today. EPA stands for environmental protection agency, it’s part of the government’s bureaucratic system. It’s basically an agency that works to protect the environment.
I just really want to make a difference in the world and I want to have a job that I won’t mind waking up every morning to. To me life is about living it well and taking advantage of opportunities. I love being outside and enjoying the beauty of the world, from the color of the sky, the small details on every building, all the way up to the taste of freshly picked oranges. I love living in this world and I want to show people why they should too!

I have never blogged before, so it was a new experience for me. I like how our FRO class is always so lively and how creative we all are when we make our blog posts. I learned a lot from everyone by just reading their posts and I hope they learned somethings about me. College has been great so far all because I have met some new friends and some lovely personalities. I think blogging helped us all get out of our comfort zone and become closer together. Blogging is great, if you have some close readers who actually read your posts. I also had fun creating posts, because it made me feel like I could show everyone who I really   am. Hello everyone!Who am I?

I decided to do the video because I thought it would be fun. It was actually a lot of work, but I loved it.  Making it required me to look back at some old pictures and recall some wonderful memories my friends and I shared together. I also hope it gave you guys a glimpse of how my life is and what is important to me. One thing I did not include is a picture of my mom and brother, simply because I couldn’t find a good one. However, that does not mean they’re not important to me. It is actually quite the opposite, they mean everything to me because they support me each and every day of my life. Especially my mother, she inspires me because she is a hard worker and she encourages me to achieve my goals. She has never opposed any of my dreams even when I wanted to be Hannah Montana, instead she  supported me. Here I am now at Baruch perusing another dream and my mom still supports me just like she did all my life. I love her with all my heart. I also love my friends, they’re a big reason why I am who I am today.

My ideal class would have to start at 9, because it’s not too early and not too late. I would also like it to be a history class because that has always been my favorite subject. I would also like to have a medium sized class and to be able to sit in the front row. The professor would have to be very energetic in the way that they teach. I love visual aids so that would help me learn better. Well I guess that is it I’m not too picky when it comes to classes. I love all my classes so far, the professors are really great. I don’t like my math class well that’s just because I never really liked math.
