Michael Jemal – My Career Goal$
My future goals are very possible and realistic. They say to dream big, and that’s I what I always. Anything is possible if you are determined to reach that goal. In the future after college I hope work in a high position in a field that I really enjoy working in. I want to start a family and make enough money to support it. I am think maybe to work somewhere in real estate but I am not really sure what I want to do for sure. I just know that I want to do something that I love, because if I do something that I love it isn’t work. I would like to make a good amount of money as time goes on. I want to reach a high position in a firm and be the best I could be.
Email to professor- Michael Jemal
Dear Professor Riech,
I wanted to inform you that I will not be attending class this Sunday. It is extremely difficult for me to come in to school since I have a job that I can’t miss. I don’t think it is fair to have class this Sunday, no other teacher is teaching us. Please consider that most of the class will not be there this Sunday and I would appreciate it if you don’t teach that much.
Thank you,
Michael Jemal

Time Management- Michael Jemal
As you can see by the lateness of this post i am not very well at managing my time. Handing in reports on time has always been a difficulty for me. I am just a big procrastinator, I didn’t even realize this blog was due until today. I wish to get rid of my procrastination habits and become a better time manager through college. I am sure becoming a better time manager will help me later on in life.
Monologue- Michael Jemal
The Big Game
Sitting on that warm brown bench wondering when I will finally get a chance to get in the game. As I’m viewing my teammates play, my mind is just thinking how much longer until its time. Until it’s time for me to get a chance to show the world that this boy isn’t just a tall kid sitting on the bench, but to show them that he has talent. Watching my teammates run on the court, there is an air of excitement. Nervously, watching as the other team takes the lead, I start to shiver. Suddenly we are down by 8; fear sets in. It’s my time now. But no guess not, since the coach didn’t even notice that boy sitting on the bench eagerly waiting to play. Seeing the coach yell at the players, they respond with strength, they want to comeback. They will I can feel that the team will comeback from this deficit. The coach looks at the bench, looking for someone to put in the game. It could be me. But no it wasn’t, he was just looking at the bench and goes back to focusing on the game.
He turns his head to us again. “Michael get in the game” My heart is racing. This is it; it’s my time now. I’m finally in the game. My teammates give me the ball. I then make my move to the hoop. Two points and the foul. The crowd is cheering my name. We are only down by three. Shooting one shot, and I see it go in. Back on defense. Running towards the man with the ball, I stumble on one of my opponent’s foot and fall strait to the ground. The other team scored to opponents, as I was not able to get up. The coach calls time out; my teammates help me get up from my hurt ankle. Now I’m sitting on the bench as upset as I could be, because I finally get a chance to play and I just blow it. Again I find myself back on this bench watching the game, watching my teammates play the sport I love.
All of a sudden the pain goes away. We are still down by 4 and the coach calls time out. There is not much time left. I tell coach to put me in the game. He does. I’m more focused on winning this game now. We can win. It’s our ball. They give me the ball down low and I go for the layup. It didn’t go in. My teammate gets the rebound and we start again. One minute left. Joe shoots a three and hits it. We are down by two. They inbound the ball, I steal it. I’m running to the other side of the court with ten seconds left. I hear the crowd counting down, ten nine eight seven… I go for a layup with two seconds left. It bounces of the backboard and gets in. We wiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!! My team has just won the league championships.

Cheating Article -Michael Jemal
In the short time i was a student here at Baruch i have come to realize that Academic Integrity is taken ver seriously here. To my surprise Baruch was in the news about a cheating scandal. I thought to myself schools all over the country must create a better policy to prevent this. It is so intriguing to the students, why noteasy A if we dont get caught. but we as students should not cheat its just not right. I hope that Baruch resolves this problem and we all can graduate with full integrity.
Who I am Michael Jemal
- This first picture is basketball team jersey for the Flatbush Falcons. The basketball team meant a lot to me in high school. We practiced almost every night and in junior year we won the Yeshiva League championships. The team was just so much fun and shaped me into the basketball player I am today.
- The next picture is pizza. You probably can tell pizza is my favorite food. Kosher pizza of course. The personal pie is from a store called Posh Tomato. Eating and socializing is something I just love to do.
- This when I went to Israel with my school on a trip called chessed mission. Chessed is a Hebrew wordwhich means kindness and charity so the Israel Chessed mission in our school is kind of like a peace corps. This picture is from an Ethiopian Daycare center. This child’s name is Orel and we became good friends that day.
- This picture is also from the Chessed Mission. My classmates and I were packaging produce for people and I. in this picture shown two people that mean a lot to me and helped become who I am today. The man on my right, his name is Rabbi Bessar, and the man on the Bottom right corner, Rabbi Levy, our school principles. These two men have taught me values that I will never forget and aspire to become like them.
- This is the picture of me running the half marathon in Disneyworld. I wanted to stop, but I was motivated since I was running for charity. I was just in so much pain, but I couldn’t stop. I ended finishing the race in 2 hours and 57 minutes and realized anything is possible if I have a motivation.
- Fruity Pebbles! Who doesn’t love fruity pebbles? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And without a healthy breakfast your day wont be productive, that’s why every morning before school I have fruity pebbles for breakfast.
- This picture is I at graduation. 12 years at Flatbush and I did it! I’m blowing up a balloon for the celebration party. Graduation was one of my proudest moments in my life.
- This next picture is f my favorite hockey team the New York Rangers. They went far this past season and I hope they could win the Stanley cup nest season. I’ve been to a lot of games and just enjoy watching them in my free time.
