The enrichment/workshop that I enjoyed most out of the freshman seminar class was the stress workshop. I found the whole workshop pretty neat. It showed us multiple ways to deal with stress such as breathing exercises and identifying the problem and finding solutions to the problem. We also learned how to meditate which was an epic fail for me. It was nearly impossible for me focus as my mind kept drifting in random things. I don’t usually use this methods to deal with stress, but it’s good to know that there are other ways to relieve stress. I love the stress ball though, i found it pretty ‘cute’.

Wilson’s Blog Post #3
My first semester in Baruch has pretty good, except for my grades. I’ve met a lot of new people and Baruch as a whole seems to have a very friendly environment. The transportation time to get here and back home is quite long, but I usually use the time to study (or zone out). Some of my classes are pretty interesting and some are ‘lacking excitement’, but I still ‘try’ to pay attention. Academic wise, i’m doing pretty bad, but I plan to improve this semester. I have three history classes and when I ‘study’ like this: http://imgur.com/NYBNn
I still get bad grades, and when people brag to me about their high grades, I just go: http://i.imgur.com/3voOG.jpg

Wilson’s Monologue
Love at first sight.
She was there sitting at a table minding her own business. I decide to go up to her and start a nice conversation together being able to grab her number. Sooner than you think, we already became attached and starting hanging out. We went to eat at all you can eats like fatties, drinking bubble tea, and having late night conversations until the other person fell asleep. I knew this girl was the one for me. She was beautiful, funny, had a nice personality; did I mention she was beautiful? Everything was going so well and I was going to……
Beep. Beep. Beep. Time to wake up! Blah, it was just a dream.
My name is Wilma and I’m just an average kid. I’m spontaneous and corny, but i cherish my friends and family the most. Without these people in my life, I wouldn’t be where I was without them. With that being said, i leave you with the thought that dreams can’t always be achieved, it’s just how willing you are to make it happen.

Wilson’s Playlist
Music is a necessity in my life. I cannot go through one day without listening to my music. I believe the type of music you listen gives off a clue of what your personality is. I listen mainly to hip-hop/rap and k-pop.It was hard to chose ten songs but i just chose what was off my head. This playlist I made gives you a sense of who I am; which is loose, funny, and calm. Well here is my playlist and a detail about the song I would like you to know!
G-Dragon- One of A Kind (a k-pop song that should be more popular instead of Gangnam Style…)
Big Bang- Bad Boy (more k-pop!)
Kanye West- I Wonder (Kanye was one of the first rappers I listened to when I grew up and this song stuck to me ever since)
Kid Cudi is my favorite artist and these three songs give you a feel of why I like him.
Kid Cudi- Dose of Dopeness
Kid Cudi- Man on the Moon
Kid Cudi- Ashin’ Kusher
Big Sean ft. Jay Z & Kanye West- Clique (theme song when hanging out with your good friends and getting crazy)
Big Sean ft. J. Cole- 24K of Gold (inspires me to go big and get what I want instead of eating and sleeping the whole day…hint hint, me)
Mac Miller- Senior Skip Day (this song motivates me to not go to class when i’m feeling lazy….)
Carly Rae Jepsen- Call Me Maybe (reminiscent of my after prom trip to Fire Island for 4-5 days)
Give my playlist a listen!
