FRO 2013: BRB

Hi! I’m Kaung. Here are 8 pictures that describe me best.

My Friend’s dog (Honey) – I absolutely adore dogs but I’ve never had the chance to own one. They just give off happy vibes and I just feel the need to pet one when given the opportunity.

Pre-Prom Group – Most of my closest friends. I love them so much I consider them as family. They’ve made me the person I am today and I can’t stress enough how important they are to me. Sadly half of us left for college and the stubby bald one in the front left for the army just 3 weeks ago. 🙁

Kingda Ka – Before this picture was taken, I was terrified of roller coasters. Wanting to get rid of my fear, I decided to face the scariest one. It worked! The picture was taken on our third ride because I loved the thrill of it.

Parkway Drive – On my free time, I play the guitar. Not the acoustic though, I find it to be boring. I need something fast paced which is why I listen to metal and parkway drive just happens to deliver the music I need. They were also my first metal concert! There’s a video of one of their concerts on Youtube and you can see me bouncing around in the mosh pit, it’s pretty embarrassing.

Sushi – I like to eat food, and I love sushi. This was only 1 out of the dozen dishes we feasted on that night.

Self Portrait – I’ve loved drawing ever since I was little. I used to take so much time adding details into my pictures but now the best I can do is a silly doodle. The picture posted is just one of my latest works of art.

Home country – Every one assumes that I’m from China or some south east asian country. No one really guesses that I’m from Burma because they haven’t heard about it. After I tell them I’m Burmese, the follow up question is always, “where’s that?”

Christmas Holiday Season – Even though I am not a fan of winter, this is my favorite time of the year. Everyone just seems more cheery, and all the colorful light displays makes me happy.
