The first three months of Baruch have been good so far. I slacked off a lot as a second term senior and promised myself I would get things done once I started college. I have been doing that, but it’s always when something is almost due. It’s not that I’m lazy but I’ve found myself being really tired lately, probably because of this icky cold weather. So, I often spend my free time sleeping instead of productive work. Aside from my procrastinating habits, my time at Baruch have been nice. I was expecting much worse, like having no social life being a CUNY and all. I’m glad I was wrong on that because I’ve made some great new friends and got to know a whole bunch of neat people!

That’s great that you’ve met interesting people and made new friends. Now that you’ve identified procrastination as being an issue, maybe you can start making smaller adjustments to help manage it!
