Assignment Three

I’m going to be artsy fartsy and use two gifs to describe my 1st semester at Baruch.

The first three months of my first semester has been pretty hectic and “windier,” than usual. But I’m not complaining. The wind has thrown me into a couple rough patches but I think I managed to “balance” myself out at the end. I’m not doing too terrible but I’m also not at my “A,” game, so when next semester rolls around, I’ll be fully transitioned and ready to go. Surprisingly, the first three months didn’t even seem like three months. It felt like an entire year has already passed and we’re getting ready to go our separate ways for break. Despite, the fact that there are fewer class days than an average high school year, that means that the curriculum is super condensed and it can be a little daunted at times. Especially if’ you’re not the greatest at pre- calculus, and I’m Asian. Haha. I’ll have to admit. The atmosphere of being a college student, meeting exciting new friends, the bustling streets of New York City and the experience itself is priceless. Now that the semester is coming to the end and everyone is rushing to register for the classes they want, I have two words for myself:

It can be a bit of a transition to college, so I’m glad to hear that you feel ready to take on the spring semester! There are lots of opportunities ahead, and hopefully you keep enjoying being a student in NYC!
