FRO 2013: BRB

I found the enrichment workshop very interesting. I was aware of the fact that many people are not what they act like on the internet, but I never put in the thought that maybe, I, myself might be doing that as well. The workshop instilled in my head to only act how I’d act in person, on the internet. Now, whenever I post something on any social media site, I always think to myself, “would I say/do this in person”. I feel like that’s really good to always keep yourself in check. When the speaker spoke of the dangers of social media (endangering yourself) I kinda rolled my eyes a little bit. My parents and my high school, made it a point to show me how much damage one can do to themselves on the internet. I found what the speaker was saying kind of repetitive but still important.
