Hey everyone, so as you know my name is Jimmy and I grew up in Oceanside, Long Island. I have lived a comfortable, yet crazy lifestyle here with my family and friends and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I’m going to try to tell you as much about myself in this post so here it goes. I’ll start off by saying that Long Island is pretty much all I’ve ever known since I don’t travel much (I’ve only been out of the country twice, both times to the Bahamas.) However, my friends and I are always looking for new experiences like going to concerts, going snowboarding, or going on vacations together. The best way to describe my character is wild and outgoing, but when it comes time for me to be serious I always am. I earned this reputation on my football team, for me and my two good friends were always known as the kids to spark up practice and have fun. I’ve always been the type of kid to be friends with everybody; I never had enemies growing up. I have had the same core group of friends all throughout high school, and they were the same way. We got along with anyone and everyone and were invited to all the parties and events that happened all over town. Oceanside is also a town known is Nassau County for throwing wild parties, so it was never a dull moment. Anyway, I just took some of my favorite pictures off my Facebook page to show you guys the different experiences I’ve had that may possibly give you a better image of who I am. Let’s see, I’ve been a tri-sport athlete growing up, playing football (obviously), lacrosse, and basketball. And although I may come off super nice and friendly, I do have a veryyyy competitive/aggressive side. I don’t watch sports too often, to me I’d rather be playing them. My family consists of some of the most ridiculous people ever. My mom and aunts take pride in embarrassing themselves at public events, my dad and uncle throw wild football parties every time the Giants are in the playoffs, my brothers never stop fighting, my Grandma is so religious that she is practically God’s disciple, and I guess my cousins are somewhat normal. As crazy as they are though, I love them to death. Well, that’s just about it!

Yo yo yo, my names Will Ng. Let me start by telling everyone the ten songs that I chose for my playlist. My first song “Can’t be touched” represent me, as I believe I am an individual with confidence. I do not tolerate people who may be pretentious because it just reflects off as cocky people with no respect for others. I like to view this song to represent me as one who isn’t pretentious, but unique from others. As for my second song of “Get up” by 50 cent, I personally this describes me vividly. I am a person that loves to do physical activities. I love to always be up and active. The next song “Animals” by Martin Garrix is one of personal favorites as it is a perfect song for dancing. During my high school years, I used to be an avid dancer because dancing is obviously just a cool ability. My preference would be to always breakdance. For my next two songs of “In Da Club” and “Party Up” convey the person inside me to just live life to the fullest. These two partying songs portray the side of me who just enjoys to dance and party. Also, these two songs would be my social side. Now, the next two songs would represent the deeper side of me who enjoys hitting the gym and just relieving extreme stress. The songs “Go hard or go home” and “Put your hood up” empower me as I feel like I am able to accomplish anything as long as I put enough effort in it. I apply this concept when I’m at the gym, which is a great way to relieve stress and to get fit. Ironically, the following two songs demonstrate the emotional side of me when it comes to romance. The songs “Hey Daddy” and “Hold on we’re going home” give me the sense of romance that I rarely ever show. However, I do have that side of me that feels that passion and ardent feelings once I listen to these two songs. Finally, the song “Run it” by Chris Brown would have to be a song of my soul. It may be the conscious of my mind telling me how to live life the way I want. Especially, I like to live my life to the fullest without having regrets, therefore I want to run my life the way I desire.

My Playlist
Hello, I’m Frannie. When it comes to music, I like to listen to a wide variety of genres including indie, pop, and metal, and I have no favorite genre. As a result, I believe that my playlist reflects me as a person because I am open to many different things. I’ve compiled a list of ten of my most favorite songs, and I think most of them reflect me as a person because they have lyrics that I can definitely relate to. I’ve also included foreign songs, including one French song, Comme des efants and one German song, Bauklotze, sung by a Japanese singer, to show my love of appreciating and learning about other cultures. The song The State of Dreaming by Marina and the Diamonds speaks to me as a person especially in the line, “I’ve been living in the state of dreaming,” because I am a dreamer and tend to pass the time daydreaming about how I would like to change my life. I can also relate to the song Hum by Clara C because the song sounds really happy and optimistic, and I try to think on the bright side most of the time. I can relate to the song Colourless Colour by La Roux mostly in the lines, “Been dreaming of blue skies, new horizon and sights from my eyes, the discovery of the unknown is something to tell the folks back home. I want to get away,” because I always have this desire to leave home and travel around the world to meet new people and experience new things. The song Prismal Dawn by Obscura is one of my favorite songs because the lyrics are very abstract and I enjoy abstract things. The rest of the songs are basically calm songs that reflect my calm personality.

Hey Everyone! So I’m going to begin with saying that all these photographs basically describes me overall as a individual and they give you an idea on what I revolve my live around. All the photographs consists of my friends, family, sports and activities, hobbies, along with some vacation destinations I’ve been too. The first photograph (with the river in the background) was actually taken in Thailand. Let me first begin to say that I love to Travel. Over the past few years I’ve been to numerous locations all over Asia and Europe; some of these locations include Thailand, China, Singapore, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Etc. Anyways, I love taking risk especially during vacations, so in this photograph, I decided to go white water rafting with tubes. The water looks relatively calm in the photograph only because it was at the starting point of the river. Further down the river, the water picks up fast and you have to maneuver around huge boulders. If you look at the Jet-ski photograph, that too was taken in Thailand at the coast. The photographs of my sport-bike and the one of my friend and I at the gym shows some of my hobbies. I usually go to the gym everyday, its become an important part of my life. It helps alot to relieve stress, especially if your in a bad mood or if you have alot on your mind. Obviously it also keeps you in shape as well. I also enjoy riding my Buell, 1200cc, Motorcycle around my neighborhood, especially if the weather is nice out. The two middle pictures on the bottom row consists of my baby brother named Marc and my Sister, Named Camille. I enjoy spending quality time with them and they usually accompany me on my journeys out of the country for vacation. Finally the bottom left and right pictures consists of my closest friend group. My friends and I have been through alot together and we are always trying new things out and we are always looking for a adrenaline rush!

Hey guys! My name is Salma Haque! I am an American Born Bangladeshi. My parents were born in Bangladesh and they both ran away and got married. They are the first picture. My father is my biggest inspiration in my life, he’s always been there for me and he is honestly the most humble human being I have ever met in my life. He never complains and he is so accepting. My mother is my rock. She taught me how to stand up for myself and that I should never let anyone push me around. The second picture is of my older brothers otherwise known as my other two fathers. They are extremely protective of me. My oldest brother is married to his beautiful Bangladeshi wife and they have a son (third picture.) I absolutely adore my nephew with all my life and I actually cannot imagine my life without him anymore. My second brother married a gorgeous Afghan girl who he fell in love with in 9th grade. They have a daughter (fourth picture) who is probably the cutest thing I’ve ever seen alive. I love her with every bit of my heart. My brothers are also inspirations to me when it comes to family. They’d do anything for their family. The fifth picture is of a girl named Niloy, who’s the same age as me but I still consider her my role model. She’s my best friend but I consider her my sister. She is the most mature, graceful and generous person I have ever met and she’s always there for me whenever I need her. I don’t think she’s ever made a mistake and she is perfect in almost everything. The seventh picture is of another best friend, Risha. I consider her a second boyfriend because I swear this girl would be able to kill someone for me. She always has my back and she always defends me in every situation and protects me. The eighth picture is of my last best friend, Nargees. Nargees has always been there to listen to my problems and offer me advice, I consider her my therapist. She’s extremely humble and she’d never hurt a soul no matter how mad she is. The last picture is of someone who I consider a true artist. I’d marry this man if he wasn’t engaged. He’s so amazing. I love all his music, every song he has created. Even though he’s a rapper, he still believes in gay rights and he actually made a song about it called “Same Love.” He’s been through a lot of ups and downs in his life and he still keeps his head up, his songs motivate and make you want to push yourself to do better in life.

This link leads to 8 photos that I think represents me pretty well. The first photo is a photo of my parents and I. This is my immediate family- I have no siblings. I have been blessed with such caring, loving, and understanding parents. I honestly couldn’t ask for better role models. My parents are also my inspiration. They fell in love at the age of 17 and continue to fall in love more and more each day, more than 20 years later. Their relationship is beautiful. The second photo is a photo of my cousins. I never have felt lonely because of the fact that I’m an only child only because of them. My guy cousins watch over me like hawks and are very protective, just like any older brother would be. My older female cousin is who I go to seek advice and talk about my life problems with. My younger female cousin looks at me as her role model and copies everything I do. The third photo shows the best day of my life. It was the 18th birthday celebration my parents threw me. My entire family and most of my close friends came. I had a belly dancer perform as well. I truly felt like a princess that day. The fourth photo is from when I went para-sailing. It was the most memorable experience I’ve ever had. The feeling of being up in the air, above the water truly cannot be expressed in words. The fifth photo is the most important person in the world to me, my best friend Sarah. She is legitimately my better half and I can count on her for anything and everything. Without her, I’d truly be a lost cause. She is the definition of a true friend. I can not express how much she’s done for me, how much she’s been there for me, and how much she puts up with for me. The sixth photo is of my closest female friends. I love these girls to death and they are the best girl friends one can ask for. The seventh photo is of my closest male friends. These guys all protect me and love me like a little sister. They look out for me, do me favors, and even listen to my girly life problems. These seven photos have shown the people and memories closest to my heart. The final photo shows things that I love. Anyone who knows me knows that I love to do hookah, don’t worry it’s not illegal. My favorite type of food is Thai food, I can live off of that. My favorite place to be is LIC Piers, the view is so relaxing and beautiful. Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a weird obsession for Michael Kors- bags, watches, shoes, and all. Although I can’t swim, I love being in the water, especially in the pool. Finally, I have an obsession with balloons as well. I love, love, love balloons.. I don’t know why.
