My first semester at Baruch was hard to adjust to. Unlike high school, I had way more work and I had to figure out a good schedule on when to get my work done and when to study. I used to sleep at least 8 hours a day, but now I don’t get as much sleep because I am up doing an assignment or studying. I need to work on my time management!

This picture represents my first semester at Baruch since I feel like I’ve had the least amount of sleep this semester that I’ve ever had for any school year. This is partially due to my tendency to procrastinate, and because I often refuse to go to bed until I finish my assignments. Once, I had gone to bed really late, and slept through my alarms and was late to school. I know better now, and hopefully next semester I’ll fight my urge to procrastinate and finish my homework earlier so that I can allow myself to get more hours of sleep.
