Brianna’s 1st Semester!

naba

My first semester at Baruch has been amazing. I’ve met great people who have really made me appreciate the individuality within them. I absolutely love our block, you guys are the best and I hope the bond we shared continues over into next semester. My classes are managable and I am excelling in each one. I have joined a few clubs which have gave me the opportunity to go places, meet new people and experience exciting things. I love National Association of Black Accountants ( NABA). This is the first club I joined here at Baruch, since convocation day. I talk about NABA so much but it’s because the organzation have really helped me develop as a professional and as an individual. By inviting me in and giving me the chance to grow as a person , I consider NABA a second family. If i ever have a question or concern there’s always someone to talk to and then when it’s time to turn up… WE HOLD IT DOWN! hahah lol! Other clubs such as SOCA, WICC and ASAB have really brought me in touch with my roots. I love embracing cultures, therefore its just terrific being apart of these afro-caribbean clubs. And I met one of my bridesmaid, Simbi, so Baruch is just bringing great peole into my life. I LOVE IT, HONESTLY. Glad I chose Baruch, one of the best decisions of my life. *tears*
