3. Nicky Romero Ft. Krewella – Legacy
4. Jhene Aiko – Wrap Me Up
5. The Weekend – Wicked Games
6. Usher – Confessions Pt. 2
7. Meek Mill – Traumatized
8. Pakho Chau (周柏豪) – I Don’t Want to Remember You (我不要被你記住)
9. Shiga Lin (連詩雅) – The End (到此為止)
10. Eason Chan (陳奕迅) – Next Year Today (明年今日)

The first song, Guilt Trip by Kanye West is a track that reminds me to stay strong. During my depression last summer, I lost a total of 15 pounds. After my first day in Baruch, I established a goal to start over and rediscover myself, this time as an adult. I decided to never let depression knock me down like this ever again, especially if it jeopardizes my health.

The second song, Born Sinner by J. Cole reminds me to stay introversive of my problems. I decided not to completely open up my struggles to anybody, even my closest friends. This is because I hate the idea of burdening my problems onto somebody else.

The third song, Legacy by Nicky Romero and Krewella does not make much sense unless you watch the music video. This was one of my gym motivation songs that encouraged me to work hard to achieve successful results. This was one of my favorite techno tracks among my gym playlist.

The fourth song, Wrap Me Up by Jhene Aiko is just a Christmas song that I enjoy listening to every now and then. It helps me relax when I am in a stressful situation because the singer has a very soft spoken voice.

The fifth song, Wicked Games by The Weekend is a dramatic love song that I listened to during the summertime and senior year of high school. I spent a lot of time and effort on a girl, only to lose her at the very end. This song reminds me of her from time to time.

The sixth song, Confessions Pt. 2 by Usher is just one of the classic songs that I enjoyed back in 2005. This is just one of the songs that I never deleted from my MP3 player, iPod Touch, and currently HTC One.

The seventh song, Traumatized by Meek Mill encourages me to stay strong. I grew up in a household with many family problems. As the title entails, I was often left traumatized from my experiences. However, this pain serves as a motivation for growth by raising my confidence. I chose to confront these problems instead of running away from them.

The eighth, ninth, and tenth, songs are Chinese songs that tell the story of my life in a different perspective. Oftentimes, I would listen to this genre for solitude and peace. These songs are very dramatic, grievous, and full of depression. I used this playlist the most often during the summertime. They helped me maintain my posture and strength to move on from a heartbreak and start over again.
